The annual Invitation Am-Am competition at Ludlow Golf Club was held in testing conditions, with a blustery wind and firm fast greens making scoring difficult. The format was teams of four, each team including at least two invited guests from other Clubs, with the best 2 stableford scores on each hole to count. As usual the event was organised by Ludlow's Assistant Professional Dan Francis, and the money raised from the event went towards helping him with his PGA entry fees and also towards funding his popular junior coaching sessions that are held on Saturday mornings at the Club. Just two points covered the top three teams with Barry Goodhead and his team taking the honours with a score of 83 points.
